Accessibility

Dunzy should be usable by as many people as possible

We are working toward a clear, navigable and inclusive experience across Dunzy’s marketplace, booking and account features.

Our accessibility approach

Areas we continue to improve

Navigation and keyboard use

We aim to make core navigation and interactive controls understandable and operable without requiring a mouse.

Readable content and contrast

Dunzy aims for clear typography, sufficient contrast, predictable headings and interfaces that remain usable when text is enlarged.

Images and media

Meaningful images should include useful alternative text where appropriate, while decorative imagery should not create unnecessary noise for assistive technology.

Forms and feedback

Forms should use clear labels, understandable instructions and useful validation messages so people know what is required and how to correct errors.

Responsive and assistive technology use

We continue testing common workflows across screen sizes, browsers and assistive technologies as Dunzy evolves.
Accessibility feedback

Tell us when something gets in the way

If you encounter a barrier while using Dunzy, contact us with the page or feature involved, what you were trying to do and, if helpful, the browser, device or assistive technology you were using.

We use accessibility feedback to prioritize fixes and improve future product work.

Accessibility is an ongoing product responsibility, not a one-time checklist.
Current status

Accessibility is an ongoing product commitment

This page describes Dunzy’s accessibility approach and the areas we are working to improve. It should not be read as a certification that every page or feature currently conforms to a particular accessibility standard.

As Dunzy matures, we can document formal accessibility testing, known limitations and remediation work based on the live product.

If something prevents you from using Dunzy, tell us what happened so we can investigate the barrier.
